Introduction (One 50 minute session) You will be writing four essays for the Project Citizen portfolio boards by using the computer and following a format of questions related to the format of each essay. At the end of the four essay writings your peers will select one problem essay, one alternative policy essay, one class policy essay, and one action plan essay to print and post on the designated boards to take to the state showcase in Annapolis. In Annapolis community leaders and elected officials will be judging your portfolios. Some elected officials will also be looking at what you their constituent consider public policy problems in your community.
